Genesys Cloud allows administrators to edit comprehensive user profiles containing contact information, relationships, locations, skills, certifications, and education details. To edit a user's profile, administrators must navigate to Admin > People, select the target user, click More > Edit Person, access the Person Details tab, and enter Edit Mode to modify profile data. The system supports viewing public-facing user profiles and requires Directory > User > All permissions for profile management. Users without assigned managers do not appear in organizational hierarchy views. This functionality enables detailed management of user profile information within the Genesys Cloud platform.
