Genesys Cloud enables administrators to edit time-off plans through the Workforce Management module. Users access the time-off plans page via Menu > Workforce Management > Scheduling > Time-Off Plans, then select the appropriate business unit or management unit from the dropdown list in the upper right corner. The interface provides filter and sort options to locate specific time-off plans. To edit a plan, administrators click the plan name in the Time-Off Plan Name column, make necessary modifications, and save the changes by same procedures used when adding a new time-off plan.
