Genesys Cloud provides functionality to delete time-off plans through the Workforce Management module. Users access the time-off plans page by navigating to Menu > Workforce Management > Scheduling > Time-Off Plans and selecting the appropriate business unit or management unit from the dropdown list in the upper right corner. The interface supports filtering and sorting options to locate specific time-off plans. Users can delete individual plans by clicking the three-dot menu icon in the last column and selecting Delete, or delete multiple plans simultaneously by selecting checkboxes next to each plan and clicking Delete all selected. A confirmation dialog requires user verification before deletion is completed.
