Genesys Cloud enables users to edit scheduled triggers through the Orchestration menu by accessing the Triggers section and selecting the Scheduled Triggers tab. Users must possess specific permissions including Process Automation Trigger permissions for All, Add, Delete, Edit, View, and Test operations to perform this task. The editing process involves searching for the trigger by name, selecting it from results, and modifying key configuration elements: trigger name and description, workflow target, schedule, and time zone. After making necessary changes, users must click Save to apply modifications. The feature integrates with Genesys Cloud's broader orchestration capabilities and relates to workflow automation, action mapping, and scripting functionality within the platform.
