Genesys Cloud Copilot provides comprehensive contact list and campaign management capabilities through AI agents that enable natural language queries for voice and digital campaigns. The outbound campaign manager agent retrieves detailed campaign configurations including contact lists, communication channels (phone, email, WhatsApp), scripts, queues, dialing modes, caller ID information, do-not-call lists, contactable time sets, abandon rates, edge groups, call response settings, dynamic queueing, and sorting parameters. For digital campaigns, the system accesses comparable configurations with messages-per-minute settings. The list manager agent retrieves contact list metadata such as name, size, creation date, division, phone and time zone columns, ATZM settings, column data type specifications, and attempt limits. Both agents can retrieve contact list filters, provide contact counts by filters or attributes, and detect campaign state and progress for voice and messaging campaigns. Campaign diagnostics deliver comprehensive health information including agent and line information, alerts or conditions, campaign status timing, and full event history spanning up to eight days covering on, off, and recycle events. The system operates within user permission constraints and respects administrative access controls, displaying only accessible data without performing campaign modifications. Common use cases include retrieving filter information, analyzing contact attempt data, monitoring campaign status, identifying skipped contacts with reasons, and comparing campaign health across multiple campaigns. Users can query campaign performance through natural language prompts requesting filter details, contact statistics, campaign status updates, and comparative health analysis. Genesys Cloud also provides a feedback mechanism allowing users to rate article helpfulness and submit categorized feedback by role (Agent, Administrator, Developer/Engineer, Partner, Supervisor, Support, or Other), with optional email contact information and required privacy policy acknowledgment.
