Genesys Cloud Resource Center provides functionality to export forecast data in CSV format for use in future forecasting operations. Users can access the export feature through Menu > Workforce Management > Forecasting > Forecasts, then select their desired time zone from the Time Zone list and business unit from the Business Unit list. After creating a new forecast or opening an existing short-term forecast, users click the Export button to download the forecast data to their specified location. The system exports forecast data in the selected time zone, with all times converted to UTC format. Important limitations include that only forecast data is exported; actual data is not included in the export even if enabled within the forecast. The exported CSV format enables seamless importing of forecast information into subsequent forecasting operations.
