Genesys Cloud allows administrators to customize user profile configurations through the Profile Fields management system. Users with Directory permissions can modify profile settings including adding/renaming fields and sections, reordering elements, and enabling/disabling fields. Access requires specific permissions: Directory > Userprofile > Edit/View and Directory > Organization > Admin. Profile management is accessed through Menu > User Management > Profile Fields, where administrators can make organizational-specific customizations to how user profiles appear and function within the system.
