Genesys Cloud's Authenticated Organizations feature enables cross-organization access through a circle of trust, allowing users authenticated with their home organization to access external organizations without separate user accounts. Users and groups authorized to work within an organization can be viewed through the User Management menu by navigating to Authorized Organizations, then Access To My Organization, and selecting the organization name to display either the Users or Groups tab. Membership in the trusted group is required to view trust details, member names, authorized group names, and to access the external organization; users without trusted group membership see empty lists and receive permission denial messages. Group membership is managed by Genesys Cloud administrators, who must add users to the authorizing group to grant access. The feature establishes controlled access permissions based on organizational trust relationships and role assignments.
