Genesys Cloud provides capabilities to create and manage evaluation forms for assessing interactions. Administrators can delete existing evaluation forms in the platform by selecting the forms to remove, clicking Delete, and confirming the deletion. This allows organizations to remove unneeded evaluation forms and maintain only the active, relevant ones.
