Genesys Cloud integrates with Zoom to enable directory viewing, contact searching, video chatting, and calling between the two platforms. The Zoom Phone and Zoom Meeting integrations from the Genesys AppFoundry provide this functionality, requiring a Zoom license. The Phone integration connects the two platforms for calling, while the Meetings integration enables video conferencing and screen sharing. Together they allow a seamless experience between Genesys Cloud and Zoom.
