Genesys Cloud's Learning section enables bot improvement through supervised learning of user utterances collected from live user interactions. The system automatically assigns status and predicted intent classifications to these utterances, which are displayed on the Learning page for review by users with appropriate permissions (Language Understanding > Draft – View and Language Understanding > Feedback – View). This training capability allows organizations to map additional utterances to existing intents, thereby enhancing natural language performance and supporting continuous bot optimization. The feature leverages real-world user interaction data analysis to refine intent recognition and improve overall bot accuracy through iterative learning processes.
