You can sort and filter the list of flows from the desired flow’s tab on the Architect Home page.

Sort flows

To sort flows alphabetically, click the column heading by which you want to list the flows.

Filter flows

Use Filter next to the Locked and Published column headings to view selected flows.

To filter published or unpublished flows, click the filter button next to the Published column heading and from the menu that appears, select one of the following:

• All to display all published and unpublished flows
• Published to display only the flows that are published
• Unpublished to display only unpublished flows

To filter locked or unlocked flows, click the filter button next to the Locked column heading and from the menu that appears, select one of the following:

• All to display all locked and unlocked flows
• Open for Edit to display only the flows that are available for editing
• Locked to display only locked flows
