Genesys Cloud enables users to export utterance history into .csv files from bot and digital bot flows in Architect for local analysis to train and improve bots. The export feature supports up to 25,000 records and is accessed through the Optimization Dashboard > Utterance History section. Users can export by opening a bot flow, navigating to Insights and Optimization > Optimization Dashboard > Utterance History, then clicking the Export button. The exported file contains grid filters, date, and language information, and Architect generates a file displaying export details including user name, date, status, file name, and a of exported conversation and record data.
