Genesys Cloud provides bulk import functionality for prompts in Architect, allowing administrators to efficiently add multiple prompts simultaneously through a CSV file that maps prompts to WAV files. The import process involves selecting both the CSV file and associated WAV files, previewing prompts with options to edit individual entries before import, and then initiating the import process. Architect processes the prompt resources and returns results that can be saved to a text file. This capability supports management of system prompts, user prompts, and shared agent greetings. Required permissions vary by prompt type: system prompts require Architect > System Prompt > Edit and View permissions; user prompts require Architect > User Prompt > Add, Edit, and View permissions; and agent greetings require Telephony permissions for Self Agent Greeting or Other Agent Greeting functions. The import workflow is accessed through the Architect home page Prompts menu, where users select Import, choose files, preview the import in the Import Prompts dialog box, and execute the import operation.
