Select the agents to reschedule

Select at least one agent to reschedule.
- Under Available Agents, do one of the following:
- To reschedule all agents, click Add All.
- To reschedule selected agents, click next to each agent you want to reschedule. Note: Agents who did not belong to a work plan when the schedule was initially created are not eligible to reschedule. If any agents are unavailable for reschedule, they appear at the bottom of the dialog box.
- Click Next.
