Genesys Cloud Architect enables users to publish flows that become available for administrator assignment to specific numbers and schedules through the Admin Menu under Orchestration Routing (Call Routing or Message Routing). To publish a flow, users must create a new flow or update an existing one, ensure the flow is unlocked and available for editing, then click the Publish button on the flow's design page. During publication, Architect displays sequential status messages—Validating, Publishing, and Published—and upon completion, the flow becomes locked for editing and displays a version number in the Published column. When updating and publishing an existing flow, Architect immediately saves changes and puts the configuration into effect. After publishing, users can return to the Architect home page using the Home button.
