Concurrent call capacity for BYOC Premises Edge models

Deprecation Announcement: On January 20, 2024, Genesys removed the ability to deploy the Genesys Cloud BYOC Premises – Customer VM Solution. This date marks the End of Support (EOS). Note: Edge redundancy requires multiple Edges within a site. You can only combine Edges that have a similar call capacity.
- You can combine any of the Edge Standards (v1, v2, and v3), including the Customer Hardware Solution – Large, with each other.
- You can combine the Edge Mini with other Edge Minis or the Customer Hardware Solution – Small.
- You can only combine the Edge Micro with other Edge Micros.
