Genesys Cloud's campaign editor provides automated configuration for outbound dialing campaigns with adaptive interface functionality across five distinct dialing modes: Preview, Agentless, Power, Predictive, and Progressive. The editor launches automatically when users create or modify campaigns, enabling configuration of campaign-specific properties, outbound settings, and dialing mode parameters. Each dialing mode features unique properties and settings tailored to its operational requirements, with the editor's appearance adjusting dynamically based on the selected mode. The tool supports comprehensive setup procedures for all campaign types, including access to outbound settings, dialing mode specifications, and campaign properties documentation specific to each dialing mode. Users can reference detailed procedures and configuration options for creating and managing preview campaigns, agentless campaigns, power dialing campaigns, predictive dialing campaigns, and progressive dialing campaigns through the editor's mode-specific interfaces.
