Your Genesys Cloud plan already includes enough data storage for typical use. However, customers with data intensive use cases can incur additional monthly data storage charges. Data storage is allocated on a per-seat basis and the amount varies with the specific Genesys Cloud pricing plan. Overages about the “Fair Use” amount are billed at $0.25/GB stored over the allocated amount monthly.
Screen recording archival is limited to one year. After that, screen recordings will be deleted. If you want to keep screen recordings archived longer than one year, you should move the recordings to your own long-term storage location.
