Genesys Cloud provides functionality to export time-off requests through the Workforce Management module. Users can access this feature by navigating to Menu > Workforce Management > Scheduling > Time-Off Requests and selecting the Export option. The system downloads the exported data in CSV format to the user's local Downloads folder. All time-off request data is exported in UTC time format to ensure consistency across different time zones. This export capability enables users to access and analyze time-off request information outside the Genesys Cloud interface for reporting, analysis, or record-keeping purposes.
