Genesys Cloud allows you to configure a content offer action map to present website visitors with targeted content offers. After publishing a content offer, you must link it to an action map which defines the conditions to trigger the offer. You can create a new action map or link to an existing one. When configuring the action map, specify the activation time such as immediately, on return, after a delay, or during a date range. Also set the duration for presenting the offer. Before going live, ensure the content offer action and action map are published and active. Then monitor performance.
