Genesys Cloud provides a voicemail PIN feature that enables users to access their voicemail from a phone when not logged into the system. Users can change their voicemail PIN through the Preferences section by clicking their profile picture, selecting Preferences, navigating to Voicemail PIN, entering a new PIN in the designated fields, and clicking Change PIN. Access to voicemail functionality requires specific permissions including Voicemail > Voicemail > Receive for receiving voicemails, Greetings permissions for adding, deleting, or editing voicemail greetings, Voicemail > GroupMailbox > View for accessing group voicemail boxes, and ExternalContacts > Contact > View for displaying external contact names in the inbox.
