Genesys Cloud webhook for events integration transforms incoming webhook messages into customizable events that trigger specific actions and workflows within the platform. The system receives webhook payloads, evaluates the event data, and converts them into user-defined custom events capable of initiating automated workflows based on event characteristics. This enhanced functionality extends beyond traditional webhook implementations that were limited to chat message generation, instead supporting all Genesys Cloud event types. Users can add the integration and create triggers to filter events by webhook source, enabling precise workflow automation and event management. Implementation involves adding the webhook for events integration and configuring triggers to initiate workflows for incoming webhook messages.
