Genesys Cloud enables users to save unpublished schedules through the schedule editor without immediately publishing them. Users can access this functionality by navigating to Menu > Workforce Management > Scheduling > Schedules, selecting the appropriate management unit from the dropdown list in the upper right corner, and then saving the schedule using either the Save button or the Shift+S keyboard shortcut. Once a schedule is published, the Save button converts to "Save and Publish," and published schedules cannot be unpublished. This feature allows administrators to preserve schedule configurations in draft status for later review or modification before final publication.
