Bot Performance Summary view
AI-generated summary
Genesys Cloud Resource Center provides a Bot Performance view that delivers comprehensive bot performance analytics with extensive customization and filtering capabilities. Users require specific permissions (Analytics > Bot Aggregate – View, Architect > Flow – Search, and Integrations > Integration – View) to access this functionality through Menu > Analytics > Analytics Workspace in the Default section.
The view supports voice, chat, and message media types with customizable columns displaying detailed performance metrics. Users can drill down into individual bot performance by selecting a specific bot to access the Bot Performance Detail view with interval-based metrics, or view bot version statistics by clicking within a bot's row to reveal version-specific data.
Date filtering options include preset ranges (Today, Yesterday, This week, Last week, Previous 7 days, This month, Last month, Previous 30 days, This month by week, Previous 3 months, Day, Week, Month) and custom date ranges up to 6 weeks. Users can set default time zones for the analytics workspace and view data by day, week, or month, with Month by Week displaying calendar data from Sunday through Saturday. Media type filtering allows simultaneous selection of multiple interaction types, though voice and callback types are mutually exclusive.
Table management features include column customization through the Edit columns interface, supporting alphabetical sorting (A-Z or Z-A), grouping by categories, and drag-and-drop or keyboard-based repositioning. Users can select up to 20 columns, resize column widths by dragging borders, and enable horizontal scrolling for datasets exceeding visible screen width. Advanced filtering capabilities encompass Bot Product, Bot Result, Bot Provider, Recognition Failure Reason, Bot Final Intent, Bot Intent, Bot Slot, Bot Version, Message Type, and Bot Flow Type. Optional chart display functionality allows visualization of aggregate metric data with hover functionality to view maximum and minimum values.
Users can save filter and column settings as saved views for quick access to specific data subsets, reset views to default settings, and export data in supported formats. The view does not update automatically; users must click Refresh to display current data. Table accessibility features include improved keyboard navigation, screen reader support, and focus management. All filtering and display modifications affect only the current view presentation without altering underlying data
