Users access the pairing feature via Menu > User Management > Authorized Organizations and select Create Pair. The process involves specifying individual users or groups from the requesting organization who require access to the other organization by typing their names and selecting them from a list. Users can view existing access permissions through dedicated Users and Groups tabs. After selecting all necessary users or groups, the system generates a pairing link that can be copied to clipboard and shared via email or chat with the designated contact at the target organization.
