Genesys Cloud enables organizations to manage access permissions within paired organizational relationships through the User Management interface. Either organization in a pairing can remove access at any time by navigating to Menu > User Management > Authorized Organizations and selecting either "Access To My Organization" or "Access to Other Organizations" depending on the pairing direction. Users have two options for managing access: completely removing the pairing by clicking the X next to an organization's name, or temporarily disabling the trust relationship by toggling the Access setting to Off. If access is removed while the pairing remains active, access can be reenable at any time while authorized users retain their assigned roles. Prerequisites for performing these actions include appropriate roles and permissions for both pairing organizations and authorized users and groups.
