This feature allows organizations to schedule employees based on exact contracted hours without rounding, particularly benefiting those with employees paid per-minute daily rates. For example, employees contracted to 38 hours weekly over five days (7:36 paid hours per day) can be scheduled accurately without manual adjustment. Key capabilities include generating or regenerating schedules and work plan flows, importing reporting data, synchronizing between Workforce Management and HRIS systems, and reducing manual schedule adjustments required to maintain accurate schedule views. The per-minute granularity option is accessible in the Schedules tab of each business unit on the Business Units page and can be configured through work plan configurations, shift activities setup, and daily shift configuration. Access requires one of the licenses: Genesys Cloud CX 3, CX 4, CX 1 WEM Add-on II, CX 2 WEM Add-on I, or EX, along with Workforce Management permissions for Work Plan Add, Delete, Edit, and View functions.
