Genesys Cloud's My Status view delivers real-time monitoring of user statuses and time spent in each status, with automatic data updates when users transition between statuses. The feature requires specific permissions including Analytics > User Aggregate – View, Routing > Queue – Join for queue management, and Analytics > Data Export for data extraction capabilities. Live updates display automatically for current date ranges (today, this month), while historical ranges require manual refresh to reflect current information.
The My Status view supports extensive customization options, allowing users to personalize columns, filters, and saved views for efficient data navigation. Users can establish a default time zone within the analytics workspace and create multiple saved views to quickly switch between different data configurations. Queue activation functionality enables users to select specific queues for interaction routing and management.
Date filtering capabilities include both preset and custom options, with presets encompassing Current interval, Today, Yesterday, This week, Last week, Previous 7 days, This month, Last month, Previous 30 days, This month by week, and Previous 3 months. Custom date range filtering supports selections up to 6 weeks, with navigation arrows facilitating period-to-period comparison. A time zone dropdown menu allows users to adjust data display and saved report time zones as needed.
Table management features provide comprehensive column customization through an Edit columns interface, enabling users to add, remove, show, hide, and reorder up to 20 columns. The Manage columns tab offers alphabetical sorting in ascending or descending order with optional category grouping, while the Reorder columns tab supports drag-and-drop repositioning. Column width adjustment accommodates longer values such as conversation IDs and user names, with horizontal scrolling providing access to non-visible columns when table width exceeds screen space.
Accessibility enhancements include keyboard navigation support, screen reader compatibility, focus management, and improved compliance standards. Users can reorder columns using keyboard shortcuts with arrow keys and Spacebar, or through direct dragging of column headers. A "Reset view to defaults" option restores original column settings, and all customizations affect only the current view display without modifying underlying data. Related views including My Performance, My Evaluations, My Schedule, and My Development are accessible with independent permission requirements.
The following permissions:
Analytics > User Aggregate – View
To activate and deactivate queues: Routing > Queue – Join
To export view data: All permissions under Analytics > Data Export
To access the Login and Logout columns:

The My Status view displays real-time information about your statuses, including the length of time that you stayed in each status. Data in the columns updates when you leave a status. This view updates automatically.
This view performs live updates to data in the real-time columns if you view a date range that includes the current interval such as today, this month, and more.
This view does not perform live updates to data if you view a historical date range that does not include the current interval.
To see the most current data, click Refresh.
