AI-generated summary

Genesys Cloud's Clear Post-Flow action enables users to remove previously configured post-flow actions from interactions in both inbound and in-queue call flows, as well as common module flows. The feature requires Edge and Media Tier version 1.0.0.15220 or later. Users can implement this action by dragging it from the Flow category in the Architect toolbox.
