You can change your default download location for Genesys Cloud files in the web browser versions and in the Windows desktop version. You cannot currently change the default download location in Genesys Cloud for Mac.

Windows desktop version

1. In Genesys Cloud, click your profile picture in the left navigation bar.
2. In Genesys Cloud, click your profile picture on the upper right corner of the screen.
3. Click Preferences at the bottom of your profile card.
4. Click General.
5. Under Download Location, click Change and choose the location that you want.

Web browser versions

The default download location is a browser setting rather than a Genesys Cloud setting. Find directions for your web browser by searching the web for “Change default download location + your browser.”
