AI-powered outbound campaign summarization and diagnostics

Administrators can now use natural language to access AI-generated summaries and diagnostics for outbound voice and digital campaigns. This feature provides explanations of campaign configuration, runtime state, health, and blocking conditions using evidence-backed system data, helping administrators troubleshoot campaign behavior more quickly without manually reviewing multiple configuration screens and logs.

Contact list and record retention

Administrators can now configure retention periods for outbound contact lists and individual contact records. Genesys Cloud automatically removes contact lists and records when their configured retention periods expire, helping organizations reduce manual cleanup and support data governance requirements while protecting data that is actively in use by campaigns.

Digital Bot Connector renamed to Digital Connector

Digital Bot Connector is now named Digital Connector. This update reflects the platform's expanded support for conversational AI, Agentic AI, and digital interaction experiences while aligning the product name with its broader capabilities. Existing functionality remains unchanged.
