Programs, topics, and phrases support is now available for Korean (ko-KR). For more information, see Genesys Cloud supported languages. This feature requires one of the following subscriptions: Genesys Cloud User 3, Genesys Cloud User 1 WEM Upgrade II, or Genesys Cloud User 2 WEM Upgrade I.

Use trigger endpoint with Google Cloud Function data actions

Administrators can now configure Google Cloud Function data actions to use the trigger endpoint for high-volume execution of functions. For more information, see Configure Google Cloud Platform and Example Google Cloud Function with a data action. This feature requires one of the following subscriptions: Genesys Cloud User 1, Genesys Cloud User 2, or Genesys Cloud User 3.
