Genesys Cloud's routing system employs multiple fallback methods when predictive routing encounters issues. When predictive routing is activated with standard routing fallback, successful interactions use predictive routing, while timeout or error scenarios default to standard routing. In comparison test mode between predictive and standard routing, successful interactions use predictive routing, with timeouts and errors falling back to standard routing. When testing between predictive and bullseye routing, successful interactions use predictive routing, timeouts revert to standard routing, and errors utilize bullseye routing. If predictive routing is disabled, the system defaults to either standard or bullseye routing depending on the test mode configuration.
