Genesys Cloud provides capabilities to prepare integrations and data actions for use with Architect flow actions. To prepare a Genesys Cloud integration, first install and configure the required integration, such as the Salesforce Lead Creation and Campaign Attribution integration. Ensure the integration remains active. Then import the necessary data actions like those required for the Salesforce integration, associate and configure them, and publish the data actions. When using predefined data actions in a Predictive Engagement solution, do not modify them. Genesys Cloud allows 15 requests per second per data action.
