Genesys Cloud's Workforce Management module provides an export feature that allows users to download scheduled and forecast data in CSV format. The export functionality includes four data categories: scheduled data, forecast with shrinkage, difference with shrinkage, and forecast without shrinkage. All exported data is presented in UTC time format. To access this feature, users navigate through Menu > Workforce Management > Scheduling > Schedules, select the appropriate management unit from the upper right corner, and open either a new or existing schedule. Within the schedule editor, users click the export button to open the Export dialog box, where they can select required options from the Schedule and Grid sections before downloading the data to their specified location.
