When you access a customer survey form, you can copy a version to make changes and then save it as a separate survey form.

• Genesys Cloud saves the copy as a new form, under the name Copy of <original form name > . 
• If the title of the newly copied form exceeds the 250 character limit, Genesys Cloud displays the new title, but prompts you to change the title as per the character limit.
• The copy contains information from the original form, including groups, questions, conditionality, language, header, and footer. However, the copy does not retain version information. The copy is the first version of the new survey form.
• The copy is in an unpublished state. Publish it manually.
  
  Note: You can copy unpublished survey forms as well.

To copy a customer survey form:

1. Click Admin.
2. Under Quality, click Survey Forms.
3. Click Menu > Conversation Intelligence > Quality Management > Customer Surveys.
4. Click the name of a survey form. The saved form or a copy of the most recently published survey form opens in the editor. The form includes the date and time of the last revision date.
5. Click Copy Form. Genesys Cloud navigates you to the copied form.
6. Edit the survey form. 
7. (Optionally) Publish the survey form. For more information, see Create a customer survey form.
