Genesys Cloud enables reusing common logic across multiple flows by creating reusable "common module flows" that can be called from other flows. To leverage this capability, first author a common module flow with generic logic. Then insert a "Call Common Module" action in another flow, selecting the desired common module. This allows seamlessly reusing logic while avoiding duplication. The calling flow can map inputs and outputs to the common module as needed. After configuring the flows, publish them to enable the reuse in production. This helps simplify flow authoring by centralizing common logic.
