Genesys Cloud provides functionality to edit Do Not Contact (DNC) entries through the List Management interface. Users can access DNC lists by navigating to Menu > Digital and Telephony > Outbound > List Management and selecting the Do Not Contact Lists tab. By clicking the intersection of a row and the Name column, users open entry properties where they can rename the DNC list, append data to existing records, export records to comma-separated values (.csv) files, and download DNC records. Changes are applied by clicking the Save button. The interface supports management of internal DNC lists and custom DNC lists, with related functionality including list creation in CSV format, assignment of DNC lists to campaigns, and configuration of attempt controls.
