Genesys Cloud provides the ability to create and send a pairing request to a client to allow users from different organizations to connect. Prerequisites include ensuring proper roles and permissions are configured. From the Clients page, click Create Pair and select the Genesys Cloud user that needs access. Copy the generated pairing link and paste it into an email or chat to send to the user in the other organization to pair with. The process allows easy collaboration across organizations with the proper security controls
