Genesys Cloud enables webhook integration for events through a configuration process accessible via the Integrations menu. To add a webhook for events integration, users must possess the Integrations & Integration permission, then navigate to Menu > IT and Integrations > Integrations, select Add integration, and search for and install the Webhook for Events integration. During configuration, administrators specify the invocation rate per minute (acceptable range: 1-500 invocations), which must account for organizational webhook invocation limits to prevent individual integrations from consuming excessive capacity. Upon activation, the integration generates an Invocation URL and Webhook ID in the Details tab; the Invocation URL is then copied and used to configure external systems to send webhook events to the integration.
