Genesys Cloud allows users to download files from the desktop app. Users with Content Management permissions can search for files or open workspaces, hover over a file, and click "Download" under Actions. The file downloads to the Downloads folder, and the Downloads dialog box displays downloaded files. Users can clear finished downloads from the dialog box without affecting the actual files. On Mac, Cmd+D opens the Downloads dialog box to view downloaded files.
