Genesys Cloud enables scripts to support Create Callback actions in Architect call flows through a configurable Callback property. By default, this setting is disabled. To activate this functionality, administrators must navigate to Menu > Digital and Telephony > Interactions Assets > Scripts, open the desired script in the editor, access Script Properties from the Script menu, and toggle the Callback switch to the Enabled position. Once enabled, Architect call flows can select the script when creating callback actions, allowing for integrated callback capabilities within scripted interactions.
