Genesys Cloud enables organizations to authorize users and groups from one Genesys Cloud organization to work in another through a pairing process. This allows partners to assist clients in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Genesys Cloud. It also enables managers to log in to subsidiary organizations and developers or consultants to log in to client organizations. Pairing is possible between any two organizations in the same region, allowing flexible relationships like a partner having separate pairings with each client.
