Genesys Cloud enables agents and quality evaluators to access and review evaluations directly from their inbox. Agents can view released evaluations less than a month old, while quality evaluators can access assigned interaction evaluations within the same timeframe. Users navigate to Inbox, select Recent Evaluations, and click the evaluation title to open the interaction's detail page for review or scoring. Review evaluations display a "Review Evaluation" title with an interaction type icon, while score evaluations show a "Score Evaluation" title with a star and interaction icon. Evaluations older than one month remain accessible through administrator, evaluator, and performance dashboards. Required permissions include Analytics > Conversation Aggregate > View, Quality > Evaluation > Edit, Quality > Evaluation > Edit Agent Sign-off, and Quality > Evaluation > View for agents, and Quality > Evaluation > Edit or Quality > Evaluation > Edit Score for quality evaluators. A known limitation exists where dates and times in quality management views do not currently display in the standard format for the Arabic dialect, with resolution planned for a future update.
