Genesys Cloud enables updating a user's profile which includes contact information, relationships, locations, skills, certifications, education and more. The Person Details tab in the user's profile provides access to edit the profile information. Users with the Admin role can navigate to a user, click Edit Person and update details on the Person Details tab which opens in edit mode.
Directory > User > Edit permission (included in the Admin role)
A user’s profile includes contact information, relationships, locations, skills and certifications, education, and more. Manage user profile information on the Person Details tab.
Click Admin.
Under People & Permissions, click People.
Click Menu > User Management > Users.
To edit user settings, do the following:
Navigate to the user you want to modify.
Click More .
From the menu that appears, click Edit Person.
Click the Person Details tab. The view opens in edit mode.
Edit the user’s profile data.
Note: If users do not have a manager, then they do not appear in the hierarchy views.
