Genesys Cloud enables users to manage forecast modifications through the Workforce Management Forecasting interface. Users can open forecasts by selecting a business unit and accessing the forecast link, then manage modifications via the Modifications tab. Key management capabilities include editing modifications through multiple methods—directly in the Modifications tab, by dragging graph points in the forecast graph, or by adjusting metrics in the Forecast Grid—with changes finalized using the "Finish Changes" option. The system allows users to arrange modification application order by moving modifications up or down in the sequence. Additionally, users can disable modifications for future reuse by toggling the Enabled switch to "No," or permanently delete modifications through the More menu with confirmation. All modification changes require explicit confirmation before being saved to the forecast.
