Genesys Cloud's Flow Outcomes view provides supervisors with comprehensive statistics on flow outcomes for calls entering Architect flows, enabling assessment of flow effectiveness and self-service success rates. Access to this view requires specific permissions including Analytics Data Export, Flow Aggregate View, Architect Flow Search/View, and Flow Outcome View capabilities, with data accessible through the Analytics Workspace menu.
The platform offers extensive filtering and customization capabilities to optimize data visualization and reporting. Users can filter data using preset date options (Current Interval, Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last Week, Previous 7 Days, This Month, Last Month, Previous 30 Days, and others) or custom date ranges up to 6 weeks. Media type filtering supports multiple simultaneous selections, though voice and callback types are mutually exclusive. Additional filtering parameters include DNIS and ANI numbers using partial searches from the number's start, Direction and Initial Direction for interaction routing, Flows for specific Architect flows, email addresses requiring full entry, Provider identification, and Message Type filtering supporting nine message types including Apple Messages for Business, Facebook, Instagram, Line, Open, SMS, Web Messaging, WhatsApp, and X (Twitter).
Column management features enable users to customize table displays through reordering via drag-and-drop or keyboard shortcuts, adjusting column widths to accommodate longer values, and selecting from up to 20 available columns with a reset-to-defaults option. Horizontal scrolling functionality allows access to columns exceeding screen width while maintaining selected widths. The interface supports enhanced keyboard navigation, screen reader support, improved focus management, and accessibility compliance for large datasets.
Data management capabilities include drilling down into specific flow outcome metrics by clicking flow rows to access detailed performance data through the Flows Performance Detail view, subject to divisional access permissions. Users can export data and save custom filter and column configurations as saved views. A row displays aggregate metric graphs for selected outcomes with hover functionality revealing maximum and minimum values. The view does not update automatically and requires manual refresh to display current data. Flows originally published before May 22, 2019 must be republished to collect flow data for this view. Users can set a default workspace time zone for data display and saved reports. Flow Milestones functionality is available for tracking workflow progress, with related documentation accessible through suggested articles
The following permissions:

Tables are updated to provide a more accessible and user-friendly experience through enhanced keyboard navigation, screen reader support, focus management, and improved accessibility compliance. These enhancements help users interact with table content more effectively. You can also resize columns and scroll horizontally, making it easier to view and work with large datasets.
To show or hide columns:
At the upper right corner of the table header, click the Edit columns icon. The Add/Remove Column pane appears.
Click the Manage columns tab.
(Optional) To sort the columns in ascending or alphabetical order, click Sort by > Column Name A-Z.
(Optional) To sort the columns in descending or reverse alphabetical order, click Sort by > Column Name Z-A.
(Optional) To categorize or uncategorize the columns, click Sort by and enable or disable the Group by Categories toggle.
Search or scroll to select the columns you want to view.
Note: You can also use keyboard navigation to choose the columns.
Click Save. The selected columns appear on the screen.
Note: The column selections appear only after saving the changes and do not apply to the table immediately.
To reorder the columns within the column picker:
At the upper right corner of the table header, click the Edit columns icon. The Add/Remove Column pane (column picker) appears.
Click the Reorder columns tab.
