Genesys Cloud enables users to delete relationships that represent connections between company personnel and external organizations through the Contacts and External Contacts and Organizations interface. To delete a relationship, users navigate to Menu > Contacts > External Contacts, select the Organizations tab, locate the desired organization, access the Relationships section, click the More menu next to the target relationship, select Delete, and confirm the action. For Salesforce users, deletions of organizations, contacts, relationships, or notes may require up to 4 hours to synchronize from Salesforce into Genesys Cloud.
