Genesys Cloud provides the ability to view and access recently uploaded or updated files through the Recent Documents list on the Documents page. Users with Content Management permissions can see their own recently accessed files to quickly get back to working on them. The list shows previews of the files along with details like name, date modified, and file size. This allows users to easily find and open their recent Genesys Cloud documents.
